License Agreement

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This License Agreement explains how you may use DiviForge products, license keys, updates, downloads, support, and related services.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using a DiviForge product, you agree to this License Agreement.

If you do not agree with this License Agreement, please do not use our products.

1. Who we are

DiviForge is operated by twopixels, based in the Netherlands.

Our website is:

www.diviforge.com

You can contact us at:

info@diviforge.com

In this License Agreement, “DiviForge”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to twopixels, trading as DiviForge.

2. What this agreement covers

This License Agreement applies to DiviForge products, including Divi plugins, child themes, layouts, templates, license keys, updates, downloads, support, documentation, account access, and related services.

This agreement works together with our:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Refund Policy

If there is a conflict between this License Agreement and a specific open-source software license included with a product, the open-source license will apply to the software code covered by that license.

3. Software and open-source licenses

DiviForge products are primarily built for WordPress and Divi.

Unless stated otherwise in the product files, software code distributed as part of our WordPress plugins or themes may be provided under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, or another GPL-compatible license.

This means that software code covered by an applicable open-source license may be used, copied, modified, and redistributed according to the terms of that license.

Nothing in this License Agreement is intended to remove rights that you receive under the GNU General Public License or another open-source license that applies to the software.

Non-code assets, including graphics, images, documentation, demo content, design assets, layouts, templates, branding, or other materials, may be subject to separate license terms where stated.

4. Commercial license key and paid services

A DiviForge license key is not the same as the open-source software license.

A license key gives the original customer access to DiviForge paid services, depending on the product and license purchased.

These services may include:

  • License activation
  • Product downloads
  • Automatic updates
  • Support
  • Account access
  • Access to the customer area
  • License management
  • Renewal management

A valid license key may be required to receive updates, support, downloads, and other customer services from DiviForge.

5. License options and website usage

License terms may vary between DiviForge products.

A product may be licensed for a specific number of websites or for unlimited website usage, depending on the product and license option purchased.

The applicable website limit, activation limit, license period, and other license conditions will be shown on the product page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

A website generally means one live WordPress installation or domain unless stated otherwise.

Local, development, or staging websites may be treated differently where our license system supports this.

Where a license has a website or activation limit, you may generally deactivate a license from one website and activate it on another website, provided that you remain within the applicable license limit and do not abuse the license system.

6. Use on client websites

You may use DiviForge products on websites you own or manage, including client websites, subject to the license terms applicable to the product you purchased.

If your license allows unlimited website usage, you may use the product on your own websites and client websites without a fixed website limit, subject to the other terms of this agreement.

You may not sell, share, publish, or transfer your DiviForge account, license key, download access, or support access to a client or third party unless we give written permission.

If a client needs their own direct access to downloads, updates, license management, or support, they should purchase their own license.

7. Annual licenses

Annual licenses include access to updates and support for the license period shown at checkout, usually one year from the purchase date.

Annual licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If automatic renewal is enabled, your saved payment method may be charged on the renewal date.

You are responsible for cancelling your renewal before the renewal date if you do not want the license to renew.

After an annual license expires or is cancelled, the product may continue to work, but you may lose access to:

  • Automatic updates
  • Product downloads
  • License activation
  • Support
  • Customer-only services

Some features or services may require an active license connection.

8. Lifetime licenses

A lifetime license includes lifetime updates and lifetime support for the purchased product unless stated otherwise on the product page or checkout page.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the customer, website, business, WordPress, Divi, or DiviForge as a company.

A lifetime license gives you access to updates and support for the purchased product for as long as that product remains actively maintained and offered by DiviForge.

A lifetime license does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Custom design work
  • Setup services
  • Hosting
  • Third-party services
  • Unrelated future products
  • Guaranteed compatibility with every future third-party platform change
  • A guarantee that the product will be developed forever

If a product is discontinued, replaced, merged into another product, or no longer actively maintained, lifetime updates and support for that product may end.

9. License key responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your license key safe and private.

You must not:

  • Share your license key publicly
  • Sell your license key
  • Lease, rent, or sublicense your license key
  • Publish your license key online
  • Include your license key in a publicly shared website, code repository, ZIP file, tutorial, template, or other downloadable material
  • Use your license key to provide unauthorized access to DiviForge services

If your license key is shared, leaked, abused, or used in violation of this agreement, we may suspend or deactivate the license key.

10. What you may do

Subject to the license terms of the purchased product and any applicable open-source software license, you may:

  • Install and use the product on websites permitted by your license
  • Use the product on your own websites
  • Use the product on client websites you manage where permitted by your license
  • Receive updates while your license provides access to updates
  • Contact support while your license provides access to support
  • Modify GPL-covered software code for lawful use
  • Make backups of product files for your own records
  • Move license activations between websites where supported and permitted by your license

11. What you may not do

You must not:

  • Use a license key on more websites than your license permits
  • Share, sell, publish, or leak your license key
  • Share your DiviForge account access
  • Resell DiviForge downloads, license keys, updates, or support access
  • Claim DiviForge products, branding, or content as your own
  • Use our brand, logo, product names, or website content in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership
  • Access or attempt to access DiviForge update servers, license servers, accounts, downloads, or support without authorization
  • Use automation, scraping, or abuse methods against our website, account area, license system, or services
  • Use a license key obtained through fraud, theft, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized sharing

This section does not restrict rights you may have under the GNU General Public License or another open-source license that applies to software code.

It does restrict unauthorized access to DiviForge paid services, accounts, license keys, updates, downloads, support, branding, commercial assets, and infrastructure.

12. Modified versions

You may modify GPL-covered software code according to the applicable open-source license.

However, modified versions are not official DiviForge products unless we approve them in writing.

If you modify a product, you are responsible for the modified version.

We are not required to provide support for modified versions, unofficial versions, nulled versions, third-party redistributed copies, or versions obtained from sources other than DiviForge.

Modified or unofficial versions may not use DiviForge license keys, update servers, support access, branding, or services without authorization.

13. Redistribution

Some parts of DiviForge software may be redistributed according to the applicable open-source license.

However, you may not redistribute, sell, publish, or provide unauthorized access to:

  • DiviForge license keys
  • DiviForge account access
  • Customer-only downloads
  • Automatic update access
  • Support access
  • Private customer services
  • DiviForge branding, logos, website content, or documentation unless separately permitted
  • Commercial assets that are not expressly included under an open-source license

Commercial assets may include images, graphics, demo content, documentation, design assets, templates, layouts, or other materials where those assets are not expressly distributed under an open-source license.

Redistributed copies are not eligible for DiviForge updates, license activation, downloads, or support unless the user has a valid license purchased from DiviForge.

14. Updates

A valid license may be required to receive product updates.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • Security improvements
  • Compatibility updates
  • New features
  • Performance improvements
  • User interface improvements
  • Documentation improvements

We may change, add, or remove features over time.

We aim to keep our products compatible with supported versions of WordPress, Divi, PHP, and common hosting environments, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, browser, server, custom setup, or future third-party change.

You are responsible for backing up your website and testing updates before applying them to a live site.

15. Support

Support is available to customers with an active license or a license that otherwise includes support.

Support may include help with installation, activation, settings, bug reports, and compatibility questions directly related to DiviForge products.

Support does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Custom design work
  • Building your website for you
  • Fixing unrelated theme or plugin issues
  • Fixing hosting, DNS, email, malware, or server issues
  • Website or store management
  • Performance optimization unrelated to our product
  • Support for heavily modified versions
  • Support for unofficial or redistributed copies

We may ask for screenshots, error messages, system information, or temporary website access to investigate an issue.

We are not required to provide support if a license is expired, cancelled, refunded, suspended, abused, or otherwise used in violation of its license terms.

16. Third-party software and services

DiviForge products may include or interact with third-party software, libraries, platforms, APIs, or services.

Third-party components may be subject to their own licenses and terms.

You are responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to your website, WordPress installation, Divi installation, hosting, payment providers, email providers, analytics tools, or other services you use.

DiviForge is independent and is not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially affiliated with Elegant Themes, WordPress, Automattic, or any other third-party platform unless clearly stated.

Divi, Elegant Themes, WordPress, and other product names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.

DiviForge is not responsible for third-party products, services, outages, changes, pricing, or compatibility issues outside our control.

17. Ownership of brand, content, and services

DiviForge retains ownership of its brand, logos, product names, website content, documentation, videos, screenshots, marketing materials, account system, license system, update infrastructure, and support services, unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reuse, resell, or redistribute DiviForge branding, documentation, website content, marketing content, or customer-only materials without permission, except where allowed by law or by an applicable open-source license.

18. Refunds and license deactivation

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved, we may deactivate the related license key and remove access to:

  • Downloads
  • Updates
  • License activation
  • Support
  • Customer-only services

Any software code already provided under an open-source license remains governed by that open-source license.

However, a refund does not give you the right to continue using DiviForge paid services, license keys, account access, updates, downloads, support, or commercial assets that require an active or valid commercial license.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license key, account access, downloads, updates, or support if you violate this License Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.

This may happen if:

  • A license key is shared, sold, leaked, or abused
  • A license is used beyond any applicable website or activation limit
  • Payment is reversed, disputed, or fraudulent
  • Your account is used for abuse or unauthorized access
  • You attempt to misuse our license system, update servers, or services
  • You violate our Terms & Conditions or this License Agreement

Termination of DiviForge services does not remove any rights you may have under an applicable open-source license for software code already lawfully received.

20. No warranty

DiviForge products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully secure, compatible with every setup, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in this License Agreement limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiviForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, website downtime, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product, license, or service will be limited to the amount you paid for that product or service during the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in this License Agreement excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

22. Changes to this License Agreement

We may update this License Agreement from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If changes are important, we may also notify users by email or through a notice on our website.

Your continued use of our products, license keys, account, updates, downloads, or support after changes are published means you accept the updated License Agreement.

23. Governing law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
